COVID-19 health requirements
If passengers cannot locate contact information, they will not be allowed through border control and they will miss their flight despite already holding an eVisa or visa sticker.
The Passenger Locator Form is part of a package of COVID-19 health requirements, all of which are designed to promote safe travel during the pandemic. The Passenger Locator Form must be submitted online before departure.
Passengers should submit the Form for Entry to Turkey online before departure. They can do so when applying for their Turkish eVisa or by clicking the link below.
They can also fill out the Passenger Locator Form at passport control if they arrive after checking in online because passengers cannot check into an international flight without presenting themselves at passport control first.
What Is The Covid-19 Form For Entry To Turkey?
Turkey introduced a passenger locator to passenger transporter in order to minimize the spread of coronavirus in Turkey. The passenger agency obtains information about travelers who are seated near someone who tests positive for coronavirus or becomes sick with coronavirus during their journey.
Passengers who have traveled on planes, trains and buses with a passenger seated near them on their last trip can answer these questions on the Passenger Locator Form:
- Do you know if the passenger had direct contact with other people?
- What was your relationship to that passenger?
- Was there any direct or indirect body fluid contact between you and that passenger? - Was it possible for you to avoid the contacts mentioned above?
